Time Management in our day... Busy Life versus Full life.. Love my Full life!

Time Management.... (Believe me big difference between a busy life....and a full life!Live a full life!)

This morning i did a  final personal WORD BASED LIFE COACHING SESSION with an individual iv e been walking a walk some months...very interesting, so let me share this case study with you all & pray it will hit home in your hearts & fall on good soil to grow & produce & bear much fruit in your own life!

A while ago i  asked this guy to prepare me a typical weekly schedule of how he spent each weekday ( i have a document which i gave him as homework to tick off to the finest detail over a week period....) He was so shocked  to discover that after deducting sleep time/work time/basic necessities such as eating dressing he was left with only a few hours each evening...

Within those few hours, he only had half an hour free time for his wife and odd fifteen minutes for his kids! i wept with this man to see his heart break when he understood why his wife was responding sooooooo desperate....(desperate people do desperate things i always share)...most beautiful words to hear through tears “thank you for showing me this i cant believe i allowed to neglect my wife and kids my family life to this extent!”....

I showed him the way to reschedule his working days, cutting back dramatically on hours! Off course his boss wasn’t happy but thank God this guy was steadfast ( he worked  far over 12 hours a day....no over-time, take note ! All for  the chief goal, success of a huge company, not even his own! (worked as if his own which is good but in good balance!) ...

The funniest thing happened once this was done, his work so improved (not that it was bad it went to a level of excellence...cut above best!) He found himself doing MORE IN LESS TIME...His bonus increased, his work was not at risk...in fact he s been promoted! His job is secure...His wife & kids are so delighted! Needless to say his marriage is secure...his family is secure... the most beautiful thing was when she came to say thank you today with him :”its great to have my husband back as part of our family again....” ( i rejoice to share this whole journey led to a whole family being born again kids of God too thank You Jesus!)

This mans life so reminded me: it s easy to get on a treadmill without thinking...before you know you re up and running full speed and you ve started to juggle a few balls and spin a few plates to in process!  Sooner or later you ll sure reach place where you ll say “enough is enough...that s it cant carry on like this no more no more no more... !”

Believe me i experience this also in my own life, a friend who said to me “i miss my friend...dont see you that much any more...i miss my creative friend”.... that friend made me “get off treadmill....” forever  ill love him thank him for those words coming from a sincere heart towards me as friend & person !  Maybe you re hearing it through your friends too...maybe through your child..missing daddy...missing mommy....missing family....maybe through your health with bloodpressure or sugar sky high.... all slow down shouts!

Believe me this exercise with this guy ( and many others over many years) is both surprising & shocking when we get to the results! Many are surprised by the time they waste ( forever GONE!)! Most times they are shocked by how little time is given to the things that really really really matter most in their lives.

If that is how you feel, take a few minutes do think about how you could re-organize your week. If time indicates how you prioritize things (there s no better indication by the way....) then my experienced guess is you are ready to make some changes!

Love  to you all mwahx
