2011....Where have we come from where are we going?

On the last day of this year (2010), i cannot but be reminded, of Genesis 16:8a....a loaded question each one of us sure have to answer, to ourselves & in His Presence, this day, before we enter 2011. The question is: "where do you come from and where are you going...." Genesis 16:8a

Looking back on 2010:  We sure will find moments we have gone astray, fleeing just like Hagar did, from the place we should be. My friend, listen now,  what you and i answer to this question above,(also verse 9)  will determine, where we will be spending our future, both in heaven, and on earth. Can you today say with me in all honesty, you are still on His Straight narrow path ,one way, Jesus way...Let us not stray from The Lord Himself i beg you, friends. Be alert Satan works in subtle ways...do not be misled, deceived...be alert.

When you and i are called to face God this day, would we stand guilty, ashamed....With endless mercy even in dark stricken moments in life, be assured, He wants only this answer from us :"Lord wherever You will lead me in 2011, be it unto green pastures, or into dry barren deserts, sadness or joy, one thing sure Lord, i cannot brave 2011, the future,  if You are not in it with me, day by day, step by step. Without You Lord Jesus, i cannot, will not, risk a single thing or step, nor a day! You are more than my Alpha & Omega, Beginning and End, You are my Everything in- beteween too, Lord Jesus ."

My dear friends may this final day of 2010 grant us all wisdom to decide in His Presence where we have come from, and where are we going...May it be eternal good, the best in Him, through Him, unto Him...

New Beginning it is, New Year is knocking on our doors of life, 2011 is few hours away from us....personally i love NEW BEGINNINGS! There is a freshness & excitement about what is ahead, the edge of excitement in the unknown, chance always for a clean slate start! Amazing Grace, Amazing Love! But then again, on the other hand, we have to be real about it too, new beginnings, sure imply old endings, always! Letting go of the old way, sometimes is harder than we expect....


When it comes to new Beginnings with Jesus, i d guess we all would all be eager and ready...but what my friend, if it means, Jesus not being quite the way He was before? (Is43:18-19) What if, we re not sure where He will turn up next? What if, He would challenge us to new ways? What if,  it means experiencing Him through a roller coaster ride? Moments of ecstatic joy & then moments of hardlly daring to believe? Exciting testimonies, then again finding hiding fearful behind doors? Locked doors? Wanting to see Jesus, but then doubt  Him, when He does show up? Wondering would Jesus still want to see us all, after all the "downs"? Surprised to find, He actually does! Yes He does!

Be assured, 2011 will sure have ups and downs too. There will be time my friend,  when Jesus will tell us in our comfort zones: "dont hold onto that, let go.I have something new to show you". In 2011, grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ,  in a very persona,l intimate way, stay on the straight narrow Jesus Word track way! Where do you start? Right where you are: excited/cautious/doubtfull/angry/eager/sceptical....reach out to Him! Choose Life! (Deut 30:19) Jesus will meet you right where you NOW,  friend! Prayer begins with prayer ,simply pray! Tell Him where you are now, He will take you from right there, now! Jesus will meet you just as He met His disciples ,each one by name. You are a face with a name, not a face without a name, in the crowd! Allow me to warn you...in fact: expect it! He loves to show up in most unexpected places & His time is not our time!  Even in the ordinary of each day believe this girl, i know very well,  He loves to surprise in an extraordinary day!

Allow me to pray with you please,  as we enter 2011:
"Our Father we pray:  In 2011, May Your Name be glorified, may Your Kingdom come, may Your will be done, in lives & hearts on this earth as it is in Heaven, in Jesus Name. Help us trust each day of 2011, that each ending, leads to a beginning, filled with your grace and power.I  pray lives and hearts will arise from empty tombs, shine forth Your Light in a dark world,  for Your glory is risen upon them,  in Jesus Name. I pray we give thanks, for all the strength in You, by faith! I pray each day we will live well alert of Your Presence 24/7/365! I pray people will experience you extraordinary in every ordinary day of 2011! 365 days of praise ahead Lord Jesus! We praise You, our Father God, Jesus, Holy Spirit! Amen"

Wishing you and your loved ones a Beautiful 2011! Thanking you for your friendship support, taking my hand in His Hand, joining my heart ,in His Heart, let's continue to do so, also in 2011.

As for myself, great excitement, somehow know a TOTAL NEW THING ahead of me too, but childlike excited. I m restig one more day! As from 2 January 2011writing full time completing manuscript (already done, doing some final adjustments, change as He is leading) untill 10 February 2011. On the 10th of February handing over manuscript to my co-Kingdom worker/partner/heart friend: Maretha Maartens, who will complete it in two weeks time, with a touch as only she can by TheMaster's touch! Eagles are rising up to great heights watch this space no chickens indeed!  Yes, Is43:18-19 in full action!

Weekend of 11-13 February 2011, kicking of the year with an encounter camp in Pretoria Gauteng, knowing HIS BANNER OVER ME IS LOVE ,see top right blog profile, more info. On the 8th March 2011, i will be ministering at the Kroonstad Ladies Prison. 9th March i will be ministering in Noupoort, at the drug rehab centre, one more time, simply have such passion compassion this type of minsitry special love in my heart for the "outcasts"in  life wherever whoever...guess i know the depths of it...someone has to believe in us...HE DOES!!!! .

10th March - 14 the March i ll be in cape town (my hubby will be doing the Cape Argus 13th). As from 14th March 2011 to 23 march, we will be taking a bit of a breather holiday,  Stilbaai  Cape, so yes,  kicking off the new year full force,  in Him,  through Him,  unto Him , with faith hope love! The Beautiful part of 2011 is, for 7 years fulltime,  i have sacrificed my own dream in Him,  laid in on alter year after year, to serve "public" BUT GOD...GOD IS ENOUGH. He provided perfect time, 2011,  to also be the year my own dream, no longer a dream, but it is REAL! IT S ALIVE! IT S HIS DREAM TOO! LIVING THE DREAM! HIS DREAM!
